After the long hard trip to Predator Ridge, the group was excited to lazily ride from there to Kelowna, a smooth 50 km, a third of the ride from the day before. Arriving early to town, the group got together, ate food, drank beer and watched the football finals. Later that night a dinner was thrown in honour of wish kid Brendan who came out to eat with his sister Kaylene and parents Kristine and Don in tow. Just like the last dinner in Calgary, there was laughter and tears and celebration. Once again we got to see exactly what it means to help a family, further emphasizing on the importance behind it not only being a wish granted but granted completely, with no strings attached and no added strain on the family.
